Online meetings are highly preferred, Face to Face meetings only if not possible otherwise. ​

Never attend meeting if you are sick, even if you feel only minor symptoms ​

Register yourself in the reception. We do not give visitor cards during the current situation. Wifi credentials are available from the reception. ​

We keep always 2 m distancing rule and avoid any physical contact. We don’t greet with handshakes. ​

We have limited the number of available seats in the meeting rooms, marked non available seats or marked maximum number of participants. To ensure distancing, use only available seats in the reception area when waiting your host. ​

We promote increased hand hygiene and strongly encourage to wash hands with water and soap frequently, especially when entering premises. Alternatively hand disinfectant is available in the reception and larger meeting rooms.
