Elisa's operational model

Elisa reports its performance in two segments: Consumer Customers and Corporate Customers. Our operational model is based on business units, profit centres and supporting functions.

Elisa has operations in all regions in Finland and internationally. Regional competence centers are:

- Cyber security development – Jyväskylä (cyber security centre in Helsinki)
- Video conference development – Oulu
- Contact centres – Joensuu and Kokkola
